Milli L. Jacks

Senior Associate

Milli’s practice focuses on oil and gas title examination.  She was a founding attorney of Judd & Jacks, P.L.L.C., where she practiced exclusively in the area of oil and gas title examination from September 2008 through February 2016.  Milli was also a part of the curative team for Norwood Land Services, LLC, from November 2016 through October 2017, where she gained valuable insight into how to more effectively draft title requirements.  Before re-entering the practice of law in September 2008 after an eight-year hiatus as a stay-at-home mom, Milli’s legal experience included insurance defense, criminal prosecution, and probate law. She has also served as an escrow officer / closing agent.  Her experience in the area of oil and gas title examination developed significantly through her time as an examiner, reviewer, signatory attorney, and curative landman. Her knowledge of probate issues and her zeal, creativity and attention to detail prove to be great assets to her practice.

Milli is a native Texan and has lived in Fort Worth since 1996.  She is a first-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, a pastor’s wife, active in the women’s ministry at her church, a musician/song-writer, poet, and avid supporter of her husband and children (proud mom of a Baylor Bear and a Texas Aggie).
