Debbie joined the firm as a paralegal in January, 2017. She received her Associates Degree in Applied Sciences, with a Diploma in Paralegal Studies in 1991. Her focus has been in the field of litigation since 1987 and has been Mr. Tibbals’ paralegal and administrative assistant since 2003

Debbie and her husband, Tom, have one son, Thomas, and one daughter, Samantha.
