He has rendered original drilling title opinions, division order title opinions, supplemental opinions and acquisition title opinions for Houston and Dallas-Fort Worth based firms. He has managed title and acquisition due diligence projects across multiple states including Texas, Colorado, North Dakota, Wyoming, Ohio, and Pennsylvania and he is licensed to practice law in Texas, Ohio, Wyoming, and Oklahoma.

Kurt is a second career professional who spent over a decade in the airline industry, and he is a licensed Private Pilot and certified Aircraft Dispatcher.
